Questions, sources and who it's for

Everything we read, how often, and what we do and don't tell you.

Questions

What does it check?
ACRA's company register, ACRA's First Gazette and Final Gazette lists of companies being struck off, and the Official Receiver's winding-up notices.
How quickly will I hear?
We read ACRA's gazette pages every day, and ACRA publishes them in half-month files, so a listing reaches you soon after that file appears. The register itself is refreshed monthly, so a status here can be up to a month behind Bizfile.
What is the date in the alert?
A First Gazette notice says the company will be struck off at the expiration of 60 days from the date of the notice. We work out that date for you, so you know how long you have.
Can I stop a strike-off?
ACRA takes objections through Bizfile, and creditors can raise one. Whether you should is a question for your lawyer. We show the public record; this is not legal advice.
Does this replace a credit report?
No. We use public records only. We don't see payment history, bank data or court claims, and a clean record doesn't mean a customer will pay.
Can I add what each customer owes me?
Yes, it's optional. If you add an amount, your Monday summary ranks flagged customers by money at risk. Your figures stay private to your account.
How many customers can I watch?
Up to 300 on one plan. Paste names or UENs, or upload the customer list from your accounting software.
Is this for individuals?
No. It's for businesses checking other businesses.
How much is it?
S$39 a month. The first 7 days are free with no card, and you can cancel at any time.
Is this a government service?
No. It isn't run by or linked to ACRA or any agency. It reads published records and open data and shows where each one comes from.
